About Us

We are a boutique consultancy with more than 15 years of practical experience in China and Germany with a focus on German SMEs in the consumer goods industry.

We offer a consolidated solution for company setup, market entry, distribution (eCommerce and brick-and-mortar retail), organisation development and human resources for the Chinese and German markets. We work with an extensive network of qualified and effective business partners that we have built up over many years in China and Germany.

Starting with a complete understanding of our clients' business values and products, we develop retail, marketing and human resource strategies and accompany our clients during the entire implementation phase on the ground.

We call this process "outsource to insource".

How we work

In China

We conduct a holistic competitor and market analysis and develop an individual market entry strategy incl. product assortment and price recommendations. We develop an ROI-based online and offline marketing concept and implement the respective KPI and tracking tools. We provide access to our China network and all resources of the Dragon organisation on the ground in China. We build an omnichannel network of retailers and distributors for you and accompany you during all negotiations with your future external partners.

We conduct continuous business development and trend scouting on site.

We find and train your team in China, integrate the new colleagues into your organisation and hand over a fully established China business.

In Germany

We offer sales consulting and interim management in your home market.

We equip you with our knowledge and experience and accompany you during the operational implementation on site.

We optimise your sales organisation, bring more efficiency into your business and train your employees to ensure that what we build together with you lives on.
